Navigate to Auto Responder. You can configure a responder for a specific WhatsApp account or apply it globally across all accounts.

Reply Delay

Set Resubmit message only after (minutes) to control reply cooldown — this prevents repeated replies to the same contact within a short timeframe.

Exclusions

Use Except contacts to specify WhatsApp numbers that should never receive the auto-reply.
